So YES, we will always make sure to go to our tamariki school events, assemblies, performances, parent teacher meetings, medical appointments, holiday events. We believe that in any business - nobody should feel guilty for being a parent. Our teams work locations and hours ensures we work around our family life - because we should be fitting our work lives around our kids - not trying to fit our time with them into our work schedules.
