Kia Ora, I'm Tash

Mother to two boys and I’m 32 years young. I’m fuelled by coffee, whanau and creativity. Born in Taumarunui, Raised in Levin/Otaki, Living in Wainuiomata, Lower Hutt.

I’m a proud Maori Mama in business and a pro Hype Girl who's ready to sit in your corner.

As Mums, we wear many hats – but my hats alternate through the week between being a Mum of 2 boys, a full-time childcare educator, the Self-taught Creative Enthusiast behind Reign and Co, and NOW Virtual Assistant and Organiser of To Done.

The past 3years have led me to where I am now. Pursuing what I want to pursue. Trying what I want to try, and not letting fear of messing up get in my way.

WHY?? Because I want to create a flexible work lifestyle with variety – dabbling in everything I am passionate about. I want to fit my mahi AROUND my whanau, not fit my whanau into a few hours outside of mahi.

After having my second child, I realised I really didn’t enjoy the routine I had been in for the 5years prior. Rushing in the morning for kindy/school drop-offs at 7:30 am work and then rushing to pick up kids by 5:30 pm. Home to quickly rush dinner, bath and then bed before 8 pm. I was the frustrated mum always in a rush but never present in the moment with my tamariki.

The income was good – but was it worth it??? Was it more important?? For me – NO it wasn’t!

So while working full time, I decided to start Reign & Co. in 2018 as an outlet for me to share my creativity, family and culture. It’s been such a journey learning EVERYTHING on my own, including sewing – which is how it all began. Sewing bibs for my youngest.

I made my own website, managed my own accounts, took my own photos, managed my own social media, created my own logo. On a limited budget – I learnt and done it all on my own. With plenty of mistakes, uh-huh moments and sleepless nights.

Over the years I’ve built some amazing relationships and learnt some amazing things from reputable business coaches and -a new passion formed for Branding, Social Media Marketing, Management and Support.

This is what planted the seed for me to support businesses and individuals as a Virtual Assistant and Organiser.

As a Virtual Assistant & Organiser - I want to see your confidence grow, I want you to thrive and keep your passion alive – by helping you save time. Getting your tasks from your to-do list – done!

How did I become a Virtual Assistant & Organiser?

It sounds too simple, to be honest. I put it out on social media that I was interested in that type of work and started talking with a lovely VA about how she started. I spoke with a few individuals seeking support, created my logo, branding and Instagram account – and 8days later, I got my first contract!

I must sound nuts LOL and this is the brief version! But life is too short and we will have more regrets about not trying something, than doing so. Even if it doesn’t work out – at least you can say you tried.

Have no regrets! Make life what YOU want. Manifest it ALL!
